Radar Concepts Return Policy 
 
1- Radar Concepts, must be notified of any request for return within 7 days of the receipt of your product, and you MUST call Radar Concepts at 516-678-1919 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ( RMA).
The RMA # must be displayed on the outside of the package.
Items must be returned in NEW condition  ( ie not used, or broken), in the original manufacturer’s packaging and with all the original contents including instruction manuals, accessories, and any additional components.
Once an RMA has been issued the merchandise must be received within 7 days of its issuance , otherwise the RMA will no longer be valid and your return will be refused.
All returns and exchanges are prepaid by the customer , no COD’s for the cost of shipping will be accepted.
2- A restocking fee (20%) will be applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packaging , shipping and other restocking expenses., We will waive the restocking fee for exchanges if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed for the same product from our online selection.
3- Radar Concepts will provide a refund for a complete return meeting all of these terms. If the item does not meet all terms ( ie damaged, missing items, etc… ) the value of such missing items and the condition of the equipment will be deducted from the value of the return. Please understand we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or obviously in a “used” condition.
4- No product will be accepted back that has been used. If the product is damaged, you must Call Radar Concepts at 516-678-1919 to authorize a RMA for repair, which are subject to the Manufacturers warranty enclosed with your product. Please state in writing what the reason is for the repair and enclose with the product . Please include the product serial number as well.
All returns for repairs are prepaid by the customer , no COD’s for the cost of shipping will be accepted.
Note:
It is recommended that customers insure packages for their full value as Radar Concepts is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our return center.  Therefore, customers are responsible in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
